The School will be closed on from Wednesday, December 24th through January 2nd, 2008 for Christmas and Winter Vacation.  Regular Classes will resume on Monday, January 5th.

For the winter vacation week, there will be Cardio Kickboxing and karate classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00am - 11:00am and 11:00am to noon, respectively.  Please call with any questions. 

TBD - Shihan Jason DeLucia, UFC Pioneer will be offering a seminar to enhance our Hybrid Fighting. Kids 1-2pm, adults 2-3pm the cost will be only $20 if you sign up in advance. This is a training requirement for brown belts.

This is Kyoshi's yearly visit to our school. Don't miss your chance to train with the founder of our system! Cost $25. This is a training requirement for brown belts.
